Entry 2: Morning

It rained very briefly this morning, and it was very enjoyable. I always feel more relaxed when it rains, and I largely contribute that fact to my childhood.

I grew up in Southwest Georgia and lived there for the majority of my life, and it would rain quite often.
There are few things in the world more relaxing than opening your window, feeling the air around you become heavy and humid, lying down in bed and listening to the rain patter against the roof and on the ground outside. Occasionally a breeze would pick up and push a cool wind your way, carrying the smell of pine needles and nature at its finest.

It's one of the things I miss most about my home, and it was a good way to start this morning.

Oh, and I burnt some incense last night, just to see what it was like, and I was actually impressed by it. I think it was called Vampire Blood or something... It was very relaxing
